I am a very manipulative person (flagellate flagellate)
I purposelly got my husband drunk tonight so he would agree to increase the offer on the house that I have set my heart on......he kind of has agreed providing I get the job on Friday! So, no pressure then!
Here's the house...you've seen it before but we've decided it's the one for us.

If we get it....I invite you all to the housewarming party...but you'll have to bring your own wine/beer/pringles/posh crisps as we'll have NO money left to socialise. God, I'm drunk......

I do hope you get the house RW. I'm sorry you've been having a stressful time of it recently. I think there are often times like that...and there definitely feels like there is an end of term stressitis going on at the moment. People seem to be griping endlessly at the moment. It will all pass with a good pint of beer, I'm sure!
