Hi, first time I have visited here. So sorry to hear your news about the house. If it helps at all, a friend of mine was desperately looking for a house some years ago and was about to purchase one that she really wasn't that keen on just because of her desperate situation. She lost that house and about 2 weeks later, she found the house of her dreams, a better house, for less money in a better location! True story, honestly. Keep thinking positive!
